WRAP manages two parking lots in the City of Warren under Warren Parking Systems, LLC. They include the High Street/Seneca Street Lot (map lower left) and the Franklin Street Parking Garage (map lower right). The Franklin Street Garage has secure, gated access and security cameras. In addition to managing these two lots, WRAP monitors on-street parking in the downtown Courthouse Square district.
