We Are WRAP Design Review

For more than 40 years, WRAP has been a vital part of Warren's planning and development efforts. With a particular emphasis on Courthouse Square and its surrounding neighborhoods, our goal is to help ensure that the City continues to be a great place to live, an attractive destination for visitors, and a desirable location for businesses. If your home or property is within the Design Review District, there are guidelines you MUST follow when planning and implementing a renovation or improvement project. Click here for important information about obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness, which is mandatory before beginning most projects.

Sign Regulations

If you own a business or property in the Design Review District, you MUST complete an application and receive a Certificate of Appropriateness from WRAP's Design Review Board prior to installing new signs or replacing existing signs of any kind . Business Loans

Parking
WRAP contracts with the City of Warren to operate several public
parking areas. Click here for information about locations and on how to purchase monthly parking passes.

Business and Commercial Property Development
WRAP provides a number of business-development services, including the Warren Business Exchange. This program offers information, tools, and ongoing guidance to startups as well as existing companies looking to expand.
